DR. LOUIS MALCMACHER

DR. LOUIS MALCMACHER is an internationally recognised lecturer and author, known for his comprehensive and entertaining style. An evaluator for CRA, Dr. Malcmacher has served as a spokesman for the AGD and is a consultant to the Council on Dental Practice of the American Dental Association. He works closely with dental manufacturers as a clinical researcher in developing new products and techniques. For close to two decades, Dr. Malcmacher has inspired his audiences to truly enjoy doing dentistry by providing the knowledge necessary for excellent clinical and practice management. His group dental practice has maintained a 45% overhead since 1988.

DR. DAVID OUELLET

DR. DAVID OUELLET is a native of Boston and graduate of Georgetown University Dental School. He has conducted clinical research for placement and evaluation of composite resin and is a consultant for Den-Mat Holdings, LLC. He has published numerous clinical and research-oriented papers and is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is in private practice, where he specializes in adhesive cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ouellet has conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on esthetic materials and techniques throughout the United States and overseas.

DR. BARRY FREYDBERG

DR. BARRY FREYDBERG, a 1968 graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics. He is considered a pioneer in raising dentists' awareness of the ever-growing link between high technology and practice and clinical management. Dr. Freydberg, an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, was the 2002 Program Chairman for the Chicago Midwinter Meeting which drew over 31,000 attendees. Facilitates: Destination Education courses and 2-day workshops.

DR. DAVID SILBER

DR. DAVID SILBER received his DMD degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1994. As a caring professional, Dr. Silber is committed to providing the highest levels of patient care, dental technology and innovative treatments available in his private practice. He currently maintains an office in Plano, Texas. Dr. Silber has lectured in the United States, London, Canada and the Caribbean for the local dental societies as well as private dental companies. He is a PACE accredited CE provider. Dr. Silber's subjects cover cosmetic dentistry, air abrasion techniques and dental office management. He is an active full-time clinician who has been placing LUMINEERS BY CERINATE for the past 10 years.

Dr. Michael Schneider

Dr. Michael A. Schneider maintains a successful practice in Los Angeles, California. He was a clinical instructor at USC School of Dentistry and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University. He was named one of "America's Top Dentists 2003-2004 and 2005-2006" by the Consumers' Research Council of America. Dr. Schneider was a dentist on the FOX makeover show, "Renovate the Family" and recently appeared on an NBC affiliate news segment that highlighted his use of LUMINEERS. He is featured as the cosmetic dentist for the series "All the Gear, No Idea" on England's ITV Network, which provides patients highly aesthetic results without undergoing unpleasant and extreme techniques. Dr. Schneider is the featured make-over dentist for the top-rated show 'How Do I Look' on Style Network. He is an active full-time clinician who has been placing LUMINEERS for the past 10 years.

The American Society for Clinical Research (ASCR) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing dental science and practice through education and instruction. Founded in 1990, the ASCR holds seminars, classes and workshops in the United States and Canada. The information in ASCR courses is supported by clinical studies with long-term outcomes. Throughout the courses, the relative merits of different philosophies and approaches are discussed. Course formats provide ample opportunity for questions and answers, and discussion directly between attendees and instructors.
