DR. MARTIN ABEL
Dr. MARTIN ABEL is a general dentist with a boutique practice in Rockville, Maryland. His emphasis is on all aspects of appearance - and health-related dentistry. Dr. Abel has published numerous articles on innovative uses of composite materials. He is an active full-time clinician who has been using LUMINEERS BY CERINATE for the past 20 years. Currently, Dr. Abel is on the faculties of the University of Buffalo and the University of Maryland.
DR. ALAN ATLAS
DR. ALAN ATLAS received his D.M.D degree in 1986 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and now serves there as Acting Co-Chairman and Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences. Dr. Atlas is actively involved in the development and integration of clinical research studies for implants and dental materials at Penn. He holds membership in the Academy of Osseointegration, Academy of Stomotology, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the International Association for Dental Research. Presently, Dr. Atlas lectures extensively on various topics in dentistry including esthetic and implant restorations and current concepts in adhesion dentistry. He maintains a private practice in Esthetic and Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
DR. ROBERT IBSEN
DR. IBSEN is a graduate of and former clinical instructor at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He authored the first textbook on adhesive restorative dentistry in 1974 and has led projects resulting in many United States and international patents. Dr. Ibsen invented Rembrandt Whitening Toothpaste and Rembrandt Lighten Bleaching Gel that sparked the whitening phenomenon of the past several years. His latest creation, LUMINEERS® veneers, made of patented Cerinate® porcelain, has given dentists the ability to improve the appearance of patient's smiles without requirement for removal of sensitive tooth structure as required with traditional veneers. In a 45-year career, Dr. Ibsen has delivered hundreds of lectures and published countless articles in the U.S. and abroad. He is President of Den-Mat Holdings, LLC.
DR. LOUIS MALCMACHER
DR. LOUIS MALCMACHER is an internationally recognised lecturer and author, known for his comprehensive and entertaining style. An evaluator for CRA, Dr. Malcmacher has served as a spokesman for the AGD and is a consultant to the Council on Dental Practice of the American Dental Association. He works closely with dental manufacturers as a clinical researcher in developing new products and techniques. For close to two decades, Dr. Malcmacher has inspired his audiences to truly enjoy doing dentistry by providing the knowledge necessary for excellent clinical and practice management. His group dental practice has maintained a 45% overhead since 1988.
DR. DAVID OUELLET
DR. DAVID OUELLET is a native of Boston and graduate of Georgetown University Dental School. He has conducted clinical research for placement and evaluation of composite resin and is a consultant for Den-Mat Holdings, LLC. He has published numerous clinical and research-oriented papers and is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is in private practice, where he specializes in adhesive cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ouellet has conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on esthetic materials and techniques throughout the United States and overseas.
DR. HARVEY PUTTER
DR. PUTTER is the inventor of the CeriSaw and CeriSander. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and is a sought after international speaker. He has written many articles about adhesive dentistry and is post associate professor for the residency program at the NYU School of Dentistry. Dr. Putter is a past faculty member at UNLV and has given numerous lectures for the School of Dental Hygiene in Las Vegas. He has also lectured at the residency program at the University of Reno Nevada. Dr. Putter served 2 years in the United States Air Force and is the only dentist to fly fighter coverage around Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis. President Johnson awarded Dr. Putter with the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal in 1964.
DR. IAN SHUMAN
DR. IAN SHUMAN maintains a full-time private practice outside Baltimore, Maryland emphasizing reconstructive and esthetic dentistry. He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, a member of the American Dental Association and was named one of the Top 100 Clinicians in Continuing Education in 2005 by Dentistry Today. Dr. Shuman is considered a world-class esthetic dentist in the Cerinate LUMINEERS technique and continues to pass his knowledge on to other dentists through continuing education forums. Since 1989, Dr. Shuman has published over 50 dental research and clinical articles in peer-reviewed journals. His progressive techniques and entertaining style have made him a hit in the dental world.
DR. STEVEN WEINBERG
Dr. Steven Weinberg is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has been on the faculties of four other dental schools for their post-graduate esthetic programs. Dr. Weinberg opened his private practice in New Jersey in 1978 with an emphasis on esthetic and restorative dentistry. He has been lecturing nationally and internationally on esthetic and restorative dentistry for over 22 years.
DR. BARRY FREYDBERG
DR. BARRY FREYDBERG, a 1968 graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics. He is considered a pioneer in raising dentists' awareness of the ever-growing link between high technology and practice and clinical management. Dr. Freydberg, an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, was the 2002 Program Chairman for the Chicago Midwinter Meeting which drew over 31,000 attendees. Facilitates: Destination Education courses and 2-day workshops.
DR. MICHAEL A. SCHNEIDER
DR. MICHAEL A. SCHNEIDER maintains a successful practice in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California and is an adjunct professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at Tufts University. He was named one of "America's Top Dentists 2003-2004" by the Consumers' Research Council of America. Dr. Schneider is featured as the cosmetic dentist for the new series "All the Gear, No Idea" on ITV Network, which provides patients highly aesthetic results without undergoing unpleasant and extreme techniques. ITV and BBC are the top 2 networks in England. Facilitates: Destination Education courses, 2-day workshops and placement courses.
DR. DAVID SILBER
DR. DAVID SILBER received his DMD degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1994. As a caring professional, Dr. Silber is committed to providing the highest levels of patient care, dental technology and innovative treatments available in his private practice. He currently maintains an office in Plano, Texas. Dr. Silber has lectured in the United States, London, Canada and the Caribbean for the local dental societies as well as private dental companies. He is a PACE accredited CE provider. Dr. Silber's subjects cover cosmetic dentistry, air abrasion techniques and dental office management. He is an active full-time clinician who has been placing LUMINEERS BY CERINATE for the past 10 years.
